Why can’t I send anything right now?
If the page says you are in read-only mode, scan the live QR code inside the venue again. Requests, votes and extras work only while you are at the venue and only if the venue has switched them on.
Will my song play next?
A request is a wish, not a promise. The DJ, the mood of the room, fairness and the venue’s rules decide the order. Priority adds some influence but never guarantees the next song.
What are Points and Coins?
Points reward verified time and useful participation at this venue; they are capped so everyone has a fair chance. Coins are optional, available only where the venue offers them, and bought on a secure payment page. Points never turn into Coins.
Shoutouts, karaoke and mashups
When the venue offers them, you can send a shoutout, suggest a karaoke song or ask for a mashup of 2–4 songs. The team checks shoutouts and karaoke requests first. If a paid shoutout is declined, your Coins are refunded automatically.
My account and privacy
My account shows your balance and privacy choices. Your name stays private unless you allow it and the venue approves. To keep your Points on another phone, protect them and store the one-time recovery key somewhere private.
