Start with /v/{venueCode}. Music and My account are always available; Moments and Karaoke appear only when this location offers them. If an old bookmarked optional page is no longer offered, SkafRemix returns safely to the live page without sending an action.

Start at /staff; the live remote is first. Use its sidebar for Alerts, Music, Requests, Guest moments, Karaoke, Screens and Help. A selected location stays in the ?venue= link when staff changes work areas, so a reload keeps the correct location. If Karaoke is not offered tonight, its page explains that clearly and links back to Music or the live remote.

Start at /tenant with Home and the Setup guide. Tonight holds Schedule & karaoke and the Live remote. Screens & visuals covers Screens, Display modes, Atmosphere and Advanced setup; Devices shows Hardware & readiness; Support opens Help & issues; Settings holds Saved settings and Account security. Some pages appear only when the location’s plan includes them. Selecting a location keeps that ?venue= context while moving between pages; opening the live staff view carries the same location.

Joins through the live venue QR, chooses language, uses enabled free interactions, follows personal request states, sees personal Points/Coins and buys an active Coin pack only when checkout is effectively available. No device diagnostics, staff controls, provider settings or another guest's private data.

Starts and monitors the local show, moderates guest exceptions and shoutouts, steers the approved vibe controls, prepares and explicitly starts Karaoke, and reports safe warning references. Staff sees sanitized payment availability but never enters provider secrets, changes plans or governs another location.

Manages own staff access, locations, branding, languages and requested venue features inside the subscribed plan. May configure bounded loyalty settings and see venue-safe operational status. Cannot open another business, platform signing keys or global provider secrets, and cannot bypass physical Edge readiness.

Onboards tenants and devices, assigns plans and effective policy, governs AI providers and budgets, reviews payment readiness and reconciliation, monitors fleet/audit/signed updates and manages the protected marketing workflow. A desired switch is never proof of local hardware, licences or live settlement.

Selects and tests exact audio outputs and shared display, runs Start/Stop/Restart/Status, listens in the real room and shares safe diagnostics. The Edge operator never approves an unknown Windows default or sends credentials and raw secret-bearing logs.

Uses a tenant, location or device-scoped grant with a purpose and expiry. Every successful read is audited. Support sees bounded desired, available, active, freshness and incident evidence, but no payment keys, raw tokens, guest private data, local file browser or shell.

Remote stays within reach: Start, Stop, Restart, Pause, Resume and Skip wait for local confirmation. Stop ends the show session; protected music fallback remains available. Alerts and review notices open the relevant controls without performing an action. The owner's Remote shortcut keeps the selected location, subject to staff access.

Use Tonight, Music and My account; Moments and Karaoke appear when available. Navigation is at the bottom on phones and at the side on larger screens. Switching sections keeps unsent forms. Payment returns reopen My account but do not alone confirm payment. The guest app supports nine languages.

Select your existing location, then open Saved settings. Save setup keeps a named snapshot; Export file downloads JSON. Import file opens a preview, then Restore these settings applies it and automatically saves Before restore. Imports must match the same existing screens, scenes and schedules; they do not create locations. Review and publish restored screen-layout drafts. Motion preferences and karaoke hours use their normal update path. Plans, provider secrets and physical approvals stay untouched.

Plan defaults resets normal feature switches and configuration for the current plan, with an automatic backup. Optional add-ons and provider settings are preserved; it does not change the subscription or price. Undo last reset is available only while that reset is still current and no later configuration change would be overwritten.

The server selects the active pack and price, opens provider-hosted checkout, verifies the authoritative provider event, then credits the immutable Coin ledger once. A success URL, screenshot or repeated click is never payment proof.

The system reserves value for the action and captures it when fulfilled. If an eligible moderated action is rejected or cannot be fulfilled, the hold is released or reconciled through the refund path. Balances cannot become negative.

Both operations remain auditable and receive the same bounded influence policy. Priority is not “play next”; live-set quality, moderation, duplicates, energy, explicit-content rules and room votes still decide.

Staff sees sanitized venue availability and moderation/refund outcomes needed for the shift. Staff never enters provider keys, changes tax/legal attestations or forces checkout past a readiness gate.

No. It means the mail service accepted the message for delivery; it does not prove inbox arrival or that someone read it. Check spam and company mail rules. If an expected message is missing, contact [email protected] with the business name and message reference.

No. Email delivery and cloud billing status are kept separate from protected local playback. The venue receives clear account guidance while the Edge keeps the safe local music path available.

Start opens the enabled managed show after a local check. Stop ends that managed show session; it does not force-kill an unknown process or silently remove the protected music fallback. Restart is for a known configuration change. A request, Waiting or Starting is not success—wait for a fresh local state and listen in the room.

The admin update panel shows the software status that each Edge last reported. It is read-only and does not start an update on the box. A stale, failed or missing report stays visible; keep the known-good local music path available.

Use only the Setup files SkafRemix provides for your location, and keep Setup.exe with its matching BIN files. When you contact support about an installation, include the device name, the time and what the launcher showed—never a password or enrollment code.

Check the physical mixer, amplifier and speakers. Open Audio Setup, verify the explicit primary output and run both left and right tests. Report the output labels and what you actually heard.

Ask the guest to scan the current live QR from inside the location. Check that requests are enabled and that the page is not read-only after an expired presence lease.

Continue using the free guest functions. Staff cannot override payment readiness. The platform admin checks the reason shown in this venue’s payment setup and resolves it.

Keep healthy music running. Open Set Up Screens in the Edge launcher, identify each intended TV and confirm it. Choose and publish scenes in the business area. Staff only uses Quick Scenes. If the list stays empty, check that the Edge connection is online before refreshing.
